Your responsibilities:

  • Responsibility for XiZang,Shaanxi, Part of Guangxi and Sichuan mid-range territory which covered by Agilent Channel partner.

  • Have markets and industry inside, especially in southeast district.

  • Make the market strategy and action plan to win more market share and exceed the sales targets. Able to provide long-term strategy and development plan to grow our business

  • Drive intensity and integrity of our sales performance metrics through robust evaluation, and provides practical improvement recommendations to improve team performance.

  • Leads, manages and develop the team through our performance management development process and provides effective coaching/engagement to them.

  • Manages design and implementation of processes or policies

  • Participates in establishing, administering functional projects

  • Develops, administers budgets, schedules, performance standards

  • Directs and manages resources to implement tactical business plans and programs

  • Autonomy in section/ department decision making

  • Results reviewed, measured based on meeting objectives, schedules

  • Advocates major technical, business changes

  • Negotiates externally on critical issues


For this position we expect:

  • Bachelors or Master Degree or University Degree or equivalent, major in Chemical, Drug Analysis, Biology, Environment, Material, etc.

  • Minimum 3+ years’ sales experience in analytical instrument industry, channel partner management experience is preferred.

  • Both Mandarin and Cantonese speaker is prefered

  • Organization skill for sales training/marketing event

  • Requires proven skills in leading/managing the execution of processes, projects and tactics

  • Data analysis skill for district business plan and market strategic plan

  • Key accounts/projects management skill

  • Excellent in written, oral and presentation skills, both English and Chinese

  • Good communication skills within internal function

  • Ability to integrate and work across matrix organizations

  • Ability to energize team to accomplish goals

  • Honest, independent, self-disciplined, innovative and responsible
