Works with various stake holders, acts as bridge between Global upstream and local Modality team in terms of product and market information communication
Dual roles working with front line…product support and take lead on strategy development & execution. Accountable for Top Line sales and CM% target & market share for specific product line
Reports to Product Marketing Director
Is responsible for MR1.5 product or product family as a product expert, including all the aspects about the product: functionality, configurations, specifications, clinical applications, engineering etc.
Maintains close connections with Global Modality Team to get the most updated product information, including specifications, catalogues, selling points and sales tools to China and quickly update the front line forces
Develops product marketing plan to help the front line team to sell the product in China, including a set of materials and series events, base on market segmentation and target customer groups, and lead to execute it
Maintains close and authentic relationship with national luminaries in China to get the customer voice, understand trend of the healthcare industry, build GE speakers
Collects, analyses, reports with recommendations those marketing information including competitors products and marketing activities, market share, competition and customer buying behaviors
Is responsible for marketing promotion events plan and execution, in a country level; such as new product launch, seminars, opening ceremony, forums etc.
Bachelor or higher Degree in Medical area.
5 plus years experience managing MR products in related markets.
Superior communication and business skills.
Must have strong technical and English writing abilities.
In depth knowledge of both the technologies and the markets for MR.
Ability to articulate strategy and market impact of responsible products to customers, field organization, and product entities.
Must be able to communicate effectively on technical, product, and management issues at all levels.
Must have a demonstrated ability to successfully lead, motivate and influence others.
Ability to travel domestically and internationally.
Demonstrated ability to make sound business decisions including various cost benefit tradeoffs projections, etc.
