Hyatt Assitant Director of F&B - Grand Hyatt Shenzhen in SHENZHEN, China

-To function as the Assistant Business Manager and Assistant Marketing Specialist for the Food and Beverage Department, and to ensure that all the outlets and banquets operate successfully, in accordance with the standard of the hotel and are individually profitable.


  • Holds a diploma/degree in Hospitality Management specialising in Food and Beverage Management.

    -Excellent Customer Service Skills.

    -Excellent Communication & Analytical Skills.

    -Well developed food and beverage service skills.

    -Prefer knowledge of wine styles and grape varieties.

    -Comprehensive knowledge of business needs, financial reporting and productivity requirements.

    -Computer Skills, particularly in the use of MS Office, email, Micros.

    -Minimum two to four years work experience as Outlet Manager and preferably two years as Assistant Director of Food and Beverage.

    -Essential prerequisite is experience in the Hotel and Travel industry.
