Johnson Controls L&D Specialist, Talent Development COE, APAC in Shanghai, China

Responsibilities: -Act as a key team member to provide support to L&D programs deployment such as nomination collection, logistics support, communication with relevant parties, recording tracking and reporting. -Owner to maintain APAC Talent Development Landing Page and design and distribute TD newsletter on monthly basis. -Act as regional contact for LMS management. -Be responsible for vendor management including contract negotiation and sign/renewal. Deal with vendor related issues on needed basis. Maintain vendor data pool regularly. -Be responsible for New Hire Orientation program scheduling and support part of content delivery. -Regularly update department budget spending -Work with different stakeholders to promote awareness of L&D resources. -Participate in L&D programs to contribute ideas and provide feedback if applicable. -Data management: monthly training report, talent council preparation, other related reports

Qualifications: -Bachelor degree with major in Human Resource Management or Learning/Education is preferred -Fluent English (written and oral) -High learning agility and adaptability to changes -Team work spirit -Passion in talent development
