Job Description

Job Description:

  1. Ensures and maintains effective communication channels with engineering representatives in China in order to address regional or BU-specific requirements into the global IT EA organization.

  2. Supports M&A activities in China with impact on and in alignment with CC IT Engineering Applications.

  3. Ensures WW global IT / IT EA standards are followed in China.

  4. Ensures flawless operation and support of all IT EA services for China as described in the SLA.

  5. Manages special IT EA projects within their specified time, budget and quality framework.

  6. Supports roll-out of EA projects in China.

  7. Performs all disciplinary leadership tasks and represents the team towards the global IT EA organization.

  8. Enables the team to improve their initiative and self-motivation in the international environment.

  9. Develops the team and supports them to work proactive with the Business Units present in China and with the central IT EA functions based elsewhere in the international context.

  10. Manages regular R&D meetings with BU Heads and Technical Leaders.

  11. Improves local processes to align with IT EA standards.

  12. Conducts regular HRD cycle with Shanghai team.

  13. Cost center management for IT EA in China.

  14. Ensures forecast accuracy for the Shanghai cost center.

Job Requirements

Job Requirment:

  1. University degree, major in IT software or similar.

  2. Have a good command of English in both written and verbal.

  3. Over 3 years releant experience and proficiency in CAD-Software Skills.

  4. Experience in working as part of a global acting and multicultural team.
