As the HR Business Partner , you will partner with the HR Director and business leaders to drive and lead in delivering people agenda and achieve Diageo China ambitions – to be the most trusted and respected company. What you will need to accomplish in the role:
Design and lead Diageo China 3rd party and JV business units people agenda, manage end to end people processes and deliver outcomes
Partner with GC HRD to design organizational structures for future transformational growth
Be the change engine for Diageo China to initiate internal and external engagement programs that link with Diageo reputation ambitions and lead for execution to deliver outcomes
Identify and lead talent development opportunities and translate into themes/programs to develop L5+ talent across GC and responsible for China International Spirit business execution
What you need to bring to the table:
Solid HR experiences in partnering with senior leaders in HR strategies and executing HR performance
Strong relationship management and influencing skills
Excellent communication skills (employees, media, policy analysis and argumentation)
Good listener and open mindset, yet confident, driven and focused professional
Good commercial understanding
Commitment to Diageo values
Fluency in verbal and written English
