A. Define brand & marketing objectives and strategies

  1. Define brand & marketing objectives and strategies to win in China

  2. Gain knowledge on consumer insight, be inspired.

  3. Closely monitor key competition activities and communication in the market to gain knowledge and gain competitive advantage.

B. Drives creativity and Innovation

  1. Work closely with regional team, propose new/revised concepts (TV, print, digital etc) that’s relevant for the local market

  2. China specific new product / new program proposal

C. Strives for excellence in execution

  1. Design Marketing Calendar, launch & leverage programs

  2. Plan and implement plans & actions focusing on quality & ROI

  3. Media analysis to improve media effectiveness and efficiency. Monitor pagination, quality of reproduction, etc.

  4. Propose and execute promotional/CRM/VM programs in accordance with Brand Objectives and channel differtiation.

  5. Regular KPI/ROI analysis to identify opportunities and area of improvement

  6. Monthly and annual product, GWP & promotional sets forecasting, in line with the brand retail target, supervise and improve team forecasting accuracy.

  7. Work very closely with the sales, education, PR and other corporate teams to have a integrated vision and action plan.

  8. Work closely with the new product registration team to ensure a smooth process of new product launch.

D. Budgeting

  1. Plan the annual and monthly marketing spending

  2. Control marketing spending within the budget

  3. Propose Pricing for new launch, regular pricing review to ensure a consistent

pricing strategy with regional team.
