Philips Assistant Product Manager, Sleep Home in Shanghai, China

1.Assist the Market Manager to plan the product marketing strategy and positioning

2.Develop and implement the consumer communication strategies, plans, tactics, and estimate the ROI of the marketing activities

3.Develop and implement the promotion and communication plan for online channel/experience center according to the sales demand of the channel

4.Conduct the sales analysis and plan the sales forecast to ensure the reasonable production supply and stock control

5.Collect and analyze the promotion tactics and strategies of the competitors, and make reaction

6.Establish and keep good relationship with KOLs

7.Co-operate closely with sales department, service, RA&QA, BG and other department to achieve AOP

In this role, you have the opportunity to

Work closely with Home Marketing Manager and sales team to grow the homecare business in China; Plan and conduct the marketing activities with reasonable KPI measurement; Education & training, KA & KOL management

You are responsible for

You are a part of

The significant role in respirator commercial team, developing marketing plan to grow homecare business in China. You will report to Marketing Manager.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

  • At least 5 years’ experience with bachelor degree

  • Understand the Home market trend and related marketing or sales experience

  • Strong English skills, good communication skill
