Role Summary:

Chinese EPCs have been getting more and more active in the international power market with support of the China policy as “One Belt, One Road”. They are actively developing the steam power market cross the world. Chinese EPCs are also getting more and more important for GE SPS business. EPC China SPS Sales team provides global exposure platform that enable people to work with top EPC partners on global horizontal projects, and delivers critical business impact by creating Win-Win solution.

Essential Responsibilities:

  1. Accountable for aggressively leading commercial growth and achieving all financial targets for designated customers or regions

  2. Generate and maintain sales project winning strategy & capture plan, based on Steam Power Systems’ differentiators and value proposition

  3. Consistent client engagement so to ensure proper information flow and transparency between all parties

  4. Cooperates with the Strategic Accounts Leaders to drive customer intimacy with all key decision makers and influencers, mapping and strategy development for a given transactions or campaigns

  5. Aligns with Sales leaders in other regions to ensure proper coverage of all projects stakeholders (developers, EPC contractors, end users) having decision centers outside of his / her region

  6. Acts with absolute integrity and full adherence to the ethics and compliance rules.

Qualifications/Requirements:

  1. Thermal Power education background

  2. Power industry sales experience

  3. Solid commercial knowledge

  4. Global cooperation experience.
