Implement EHS policies, programs and standards at the site with the objective of improving the organization's EHS performance and ensuring compliance within TE policies and local government laws and regulations, protect TE's reputation, minimize injuries and liabilities.
1.Establish, review and develop site-specific EHS standards in order to provide appropriate guidances for all EHS activities.
2.Communicate EHS standards to the site management team in order to ensure they understanding with our standards.
EHS Management System
1.Establish, maintain and develop EHS management system in order to ensure the implementation of our standards.
2.Coordinate and guide each department to establish and develop dept-specific EHS procedures and instructions in order to ensure their activities consistent with our EHS standards.
EHS Targets and Goals
1.Establish site-specific EHS targets & goals in order to ensure our targets and goals consistent with corporate and BU targets & goals.
2.Assign EHS targets & goals to each department and track them in order to achieve the site EHS targets & goals.
3.Provide technical support to each department in order to support them on their EHS plans and activities.
1.Establish and maintain the site-specific EHS training metrics in order to provide appropriate training course to different positions.
2.Coordinate and ensure delivery of required/appropriate EHS training for site employees in order to fulfill the EHS training.
EHS Inspection & Audit
1.Plan and handle the site EHS inspection in order to monitor the daily EHS status.
2.Plan, coordinate and handle the site internal audit in order to review and verify our EHS works.
3.Coordinate the external EHS audit activities in order to ensure our EHS works meet the external requirement.
4.Develop corrective action plans and track completion in order to achieve continual improvement.
1.Bachelor degree in Environmental, Occupational Health or Safety or related subject
2.Five years of EHS working experience in a manufacturing environment
3.Fluent in English (Oral and Written)
4.Ethics and integrity
5.Strong commitment to EHS compliance and continuous improvement
6.Ability to communicate effectively with plant staff, management and others
7.EHS skills, influencing, getting work done through others
