Performs flight instructor duties authorized by the CAAC and in accordance with the Company’s Training Curriculum.
Ensures satisfactory progress throughout the course and immediately informs the Compliance Manager of any delays in training or unsatisfactory progress.
Ensures that all client training records are updated continually throughout each training evolution.
Ensures that course standards, training requirements and objectives are met by all assigned students/clients as stipulated in the applicable Training Course Outline.
Sets an example to all other instructors in providing the highest quality instruction, testing and customer service to clients.
Assists in the development and localization of the Company’s training devices and courseware.
Immediately reports any discrepancies, violations, non-compliance issues or regulatory concerns that occur with the simulator and courseware as stated in the SWMS manual. Supports the process of continual improvement of the Company’s curriculum and courseware.
Attends administrative, standardization, in-service training and instructor development meetings as assigned.
Maintains and updates the Operations Manual and complies with all Company policies.
Is an Ambassador for the Company’s training model.
Keeps up with advisory circulars and new technologies.
Cessna Caravan 208 and Beechcraft King Air experience preferred.
Must hold a current flight or ground instructor certificate or a current teacher’s certificate or its equivalent.
Must hold a pilot certificate and flight instructor certificate with airplane, multi-engine land category and class rating, instrument rating and, when appropriate, a type rating when instructing in aircraft.
Must have good listening and communication skills. Must be able to identify client concerns and recommendations during the flight and ground courseware.
Must be able to read, write, speak and understand the Chinese language.
Bachelor’s degree preferred.
