Retail KPI definition, monitoring and improvement actions

  • Prepare regular retail performance report to help store team to better understand business opportunities. eg improvement of weekly reports that stores use to prepare for weekly meeting with their AM.

  • Partner with AM to create in-retail initiatives to drive sales and or KPI's

  • Develop new report template that help SM and AM to track and align store staff performance and progressions. eg STOP

  • Partner with Retail excellence to align training with business requirements

Store standard operation procedure audit

  • Develop the Standard Operations Procedure guidelines and provide ad hoc training to retail population

  • Liaise with HQ on the procedure enhancement and optimization, always keep the system up to latest needs

  • Conduct random store visit to ensure the daily store operation is in line with Loro Piana guidelines and standards, including:

  • Selling ceremony, After sales service

  • Staff grooming, Stock management

  • Based on the finding outs, partner with Store Managers, Area Managers and Retail Excellence Manager on follow-up action plans

  • Provide support on store back office works, including packaging material, uniforms and security guard

  • Assist Area Manager on providing counseling to Store Managers

Store maintenance coordination

  • Work as the contact person for different store facility maintenance projects, to ensure store environment is managed to the brand standard

Store daily expenses budget and monitoring

  • Be responsible for the store daily consumption budget, including daily expenses, maintenance, packaging, and security, etc.

  • Cooperate with Finance team to ensure the budget is closely monitored and actively managed

New Store Openings

  • Project leader of new store opening projects, leasing with external and internal partners, ensure a smooth process and on time accomplishment

  • Bachelor degree or above,minimum 6 years working experience in retail industry, of which 2 years in a managerial position;operatons functions background preferred

  • Solid knowledge on retail operations practices and KPIs analysis

  • Well organized person, detail- and result-oriented

  • Can handle multi task and work load

  • Always willing to take initiative

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Proficient in presentation and counseling skills

  • Able to travel on a regular basis

  • Good command of English and Mandarin
