Job Description / Information

Quality First

  1. Tracking quality KPIs (eg. FPY, FPR) and set up the projects to drive for improvement.

  2. GMP and 6S concept buidl up and daily execution, immediate correction on the non-conformance behaviour.

Customer Experience

1.Lead the daily production meeting, escalate abnormal issues.

  1. Monitor the daily production plan completion rate, work with planner to adjust the plan if necessary.

  2. Monitor the shipment / absorption fulfillment, work with planner to identify the opportunity for catch up if abnormal cases happen.

  3. Work with project team to have a smooth handover on the new parts.

Innovation

  1. Work with BU team member to drive for the improvement the OEE and productivity.

  2. Encourage operator to raise the OOC for process improvement.

People Development

  1. Work with HR to define operator's Q-card requirement and set up the training plan.

  2. Manage the attendance

  3. Maximize the resource arrangement.

  4. Work with HR to develop the career path for operator and put the actions during the PDP review.

  5. Keep a highly engaged team by leverage the Q12 action execution.

Financial Results

  1. Keep looking for the CTG opportunity and drive for the implementation.

  2. Control OT at a reasonable level.

Minimum Qualifications

  1. Bachelor degree

  2. At least 3 to 5 years of people management experience

  3. Good English both in oral and written.

  4. Good interpersonal skill

  5. Able to manage multiple task simultaneously.

  6. Good presentation skill.
