Credit Analyst, Shanghai, SIOT, SPS

Description 1. Responsible for all collections activities on customers. Activities include establishing and maintaining contact with customers (may include travel) concerning open invoices, looking at payment trends and history, timely escalation and/or resolution of disputes and timely escalation of collection issues to the business 2. Responsible for the accurate cash receipts forecast on a monthly basis 3. Assist and participate in cross functional reviews – cash calls 4. Credit reviews / Approval per policy and in line with SEA Matrix and release shipment in ERP system 5. Perform credit analysis for new and existing customers 6. Identify and recommend 3rd party collections and legal matters 7. VAT invoice issue and sorting.

^ Requirement: 8. Bachelor degree or above, major in Finance/Accounting. 9. Good communication skill in Chinese and English, both written and oral . 10. Good communication with different functions. 11. Excellent MS Office (Excel, Power point). Strong analytical skill. ERP system knowledge, SAP /Oracle knowledge/experience is preferred 12. Capable to work in matrix organization.Nonexempt
