Job Description:

Client Service Advisors are responsible for responding to a wide variety of incoming client inquiries and service requests for their respective Division. In coordination with a team of colleagues, the Client Service Advisor must consistently and professionally deliver a superior experience to clients utilizing the telephone as the primary communication medium. Teams will have a particular focus on strong follow-up and delivering rapid responses. • Responsible for adhering to Bank policies, procedures, legal and compliance requirements. • Responsible for the service and SVB eConnect support needs of clients within assigned Division. • Activities include daily client phone contact, problem-solving, general research and follow-up. • Will work collaboratively with all other Division personnel. • Will also have defined operational responsibilities such as overdraft, negative and M-Hold wires, signature verifications and service-related research.

Skills and Requirements:

Demonstrated proficiency in the following soft skills - • Telephonic relationship development• Written communication• Teamwork• Identifying sales referral opportunities• Problem solving• Conflict resolution. • Demonstrated proficiency providing technical support to clients over the phone. • Minimum of 2-3 years of related professional experience or 3-4 years of overall experience. • Bachelor degree or equivalent experience required. • Ability to communicate (oral and written) in basic English.
