Position Responsibilities\Requirements:

Job Overview:This candidate will be responsible to generate new business of new prospect for ALM, RWA solution for China Banking accounts.Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for engaging with assigned banking customers in North China.

  • Explore, develop & identify new markets for ALM and RWA solution

  • Review market potential, set objectives and Generate new business through cold calling of new prospect in the assigned territory / accounts

  • Build and maintain excellent customer relationships within the territory

  • Deliver formal proposals to customers.

  • Provide answer to prospect RFP.

  • Negotiate and complete contract signature.

  • Liaise with the customers during/after the implementation of the projects.

  • Establish good relationship and follow up with the customers after the implementation.

  • Liaise with internal departments such as Pre-sales, PS team, to assist customers to resolve outstanding issues.

  • Liaise with product managers to organize meetings and marketing events in the assigned territory.

  • Participate with marketing department (corporate and local) to collaborate on marketing actions and events.

Position Requirements:

  • We’re looking for an aggressive and energetic candidate who passion for growing revenue through sales activities. This candidate should be in High level of financial market awareness, very good customer relationship in conjunction with strategic sales skills.

Essential Skills Required;

  • IT software knowledge is necessary.

  • Very Energetic, aggressive and problem solving capability.

  • Good English.

  • Good presentation skill.

  • Excellent client co-ordination, organizational and communication skills.

  • Good knowledge / sense of financial markets.

Desirable Skills Required;

  • May require very occasional mobility within north China.


  • University degree. Major in Finance or Marketing with customer service is a priority.

  • At least 5+ years of solid working experience in Sales of IT Solution Software.

  • Sales experience of Banks ALM is a priority.

  • At least 2+ years of sales management experience.
