Job summary

The Red Hat Alliance Sales team is looking for a Huawei OEM Sales Account Manager to join us in Shenzen, China. In this role, you will develop and implement OEM plans for Huawei. You will play a constructive role in understanding the motivators of Huawei OEM sales teams and how to deliver successful partnering outcomes. You’ll directly engage with Huawei marketing and sales teams to deliver OEM programs which guide demand generation with Huawei, deliver sales and technical enablement to Huawei, and also facilitate Red Hat integration into and contribution to Huawei Server product line’s go to market plans.

Primary job responsibilities

  • Work closely with Huawei server product line and help Huawei sales team win X86 business using Red Hat solutions

  • Cooperate with Huawei China Headquarter Sales team on projects like CMCC and China Telecom etc, and make efforts in helping Huawei win these annual bids

  • Visit Huawei sales team in every branch office regularly, follow up and monitor projects in every province, and make sure the business is conducted under compliance

  • Draft, develop, and implement sales incentive program for Huawei sales team

Required skills

  • Bachelor's degree with 5-8 years of large account sales experience

  • Experience working with Huawei with a deeper understanding of Huawei's culture and structure

  • Thorough experience in partner management, enablement, and program design

  • Fluent written and verbal English communication skills

  • Great passion to win and a solid desire to work within an ever-evolving team

  • Willingness to travel up to 50%, both domestically and internationally
