IBM Program Manager in SHENZHEN, China
Program manager of GCG Enterprise Office Service Delivery who is responsible for overseeing all the GCG EOSD complex network/voice projects and have end to end responsibility for planning, execution and delivery of projects focused on impacts to people, process and technology and/or non-technology changes. This position will be responsible for daily functions, longer-term strategic projects, and initiatives, communicating with the wider and cross multiple squads within GCG and outside of EOSD squads. This position will include working with other management-level employees, team members, and other IT functions to coordinate goals, (such as CIC, CRL, CDL IT management team). This position will be responsible for timeline creation and target setting, detailed project managementThe other responsibilities include project budgets, contracts, suppliers, procurement, delivery risks, dependencies, rolling up reporting from multiple squads for stakeholders
- 5+ years of experience of managing and supporting IT department for multinational enterprises.- In-depth understanding of the most widely used Infrastructure service management and Standards- Expert in project management process for infrastructure projects, including planning, deploying and evaluating. Also familiar with the ITIL process, including change/incident/problem management.- Hands-on experience in various infrastructure projects, including migration of network infrastructure solution, deploying new VOIP offices, planning and implementing audio and video conferencing and print solution, etc…- Bachelor's Degree or above- Experience in successfully interacting with customers. are also required
