Take in account and adapt Group Strategic orientation: - Understand the current situation of the market, the complete Added Value chain (Upstream to downstream) - Identify the current trend, their durability and Imagine their evolution - Know their impact in our business. - Identifies innovating development areas in term of technologies, channels, Communication, Offer, ... - Analyze Competitive environment and propose attacking or defensive actions * 2 *Define an overall solution go-to-market vision, positioning, strategy and messaging for Schneider Electric and formalize it according to the scope *of responsibilities:* - Offer Scope: > Offer Roadmap, proposing future solution development > Growth Actions Plans > Acquisition File - Channel Scope: > Go to Market Strategy, Unique Value Proposition by Channel and Acquisition File. > Understand the strategy of the channel concerned: - Emerging new business in the channel - Acquisition by the channel concerned - Communication of channel to customers and to financial prospect > Identifies innovating development areas in terms of technologies, channels, functions, > Analyze Risks and opportunities for SE against development or make over part of business of the channel. Analyze the opportunity for SE to acquire this channel and builds the acquisition strategy through preparation of acquisition files. - Communication Scope: > Digitalization, Brand awareness, Campaign strategy, > Customer retention and Customer acquisitions > Crafting key solution messages; and providing solution leadership by articulating company vision and direction to internal staff, key customers, analysts, and press. - Solutions can be based upon current company offerings, future offerings, and partners' products/services.* 3 Communicate the strategy for deployment**

Education: Bachelor and above
