Work closely with distributors, sales team on BU business objectives
Forecast and Sub-dealer management, Build up sub-dealer database in BU
Develop and grow the business under the assigned class of trades (COTs) with strategic approach.
Cooperate with BU marketing training team to carry out distributor training program
Obtain and analysis the update policies to relevant internal stakeholders to drive local market access.
Focus on BU internal process and operation management including document filing, data analysis.
To develop plans in line with CCI strategy and obtain agreement by CCi Steering Committee.
Market Intelligence (20%)
Keep close tap of competitor activities, pricing, products launches and discounts for market analysis
At least 2-3 years' distributor management experience in medical/pharmaceutical industry.
Minimum 5 years experience in medical industry in Sales or Marketing
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Good computer skills in Microsoft Office
