Eaton Corporation EOEM National Sales Manager, CPC in Shanghai Shi, China

Setup the China EOEM sales strategy to fulfil the annual profit plan objectives; grow Eaton business and expand customer base by identifying potential customers and developing appropriate channel strategies to take advantage of new business opportunities.

Provide leadership and direction to regional sales team; gathering, analysing and regularly sharing the market and competitors information, news and trends with sales force.

Build the solid business pipeline and build up the regular review mechanism ; leverage the resource in CPC commercial organization to achieve more opportunity

Develop channel and project partners, integrate partner’s strength together with Eaton’s sales team to maintenance customers; build preferred partnership relationships with national accounts to create substantial increases in sales;

Utilize the commercial platform to enhance China pipeline management process and enable the alignment with EOEM’s product, segment and business strategy.


  • 15+ year electrical business experience, low voltage component business is preferred

  • Familiar with electrical business market, business model

  • Professional and full of passion to lead the strategy building and execution.

  • Technical background is preferred

  • Fluent English communication and present skill.

  • Result driven and problem solving ability

  • Market/Sales acumen
