Job Description

Job description:

  1. To be responsible for supplier management of metal parts, focus on process machining and stamping, with aluminum extrusion machining is preferred.

  2. To work closely with AP ,Engineering to lead the new components introduction based on Continental sourcing procedures(ME, FC, SCR, APQP, R@R,PPAP, SLC) , report the component development status to Project SQM and project team;

  3. To lead supplier quality problem solving, and drive root cause analysis and enforce the definition and implementation with 8D method, and conduct supplier improvement programs

  4. To Perform and follow up for VDA6.3 maintenance audit to supplier, support new supplier introduction audit;

  5. To support cross function on supplier quality related issues.

Job Requirements

Qualification & Experience requested:

  1. Bachelor Degree or above in Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent;

  2. 3 years above of quality related working experience in Automotive industry;

  3. Knowledge on related manufacturing process,

  4. Knowledge on TS 16949, VDA6.3;

  5. Know about APQP,PFMEA, MSA, SPC and usage on Quality Tools;

  6. Good at both Oral and written English ;

  7. Good communication and problem solving skills.
