    1. Key Account planning• Lead on regional KA sales plan and annual customer business target planning• Lead on annual trade budget planning for regional KAs• Responsible for planning on in-store promotions and merchandising activities for regional KAs• Cascade sales target, budget planning and KA trade activities to sales team and ensure clear & timely communication2. Account management• Track trade spending and business performance of key account customers and develop solutions accordingly• Lead on trading terms negotiation, establishment and management• Track and ensure consistent high customer service level and order fulfillment at customers’ retail stores by interfacing with CS&L• Provide regional KA team with guidance/tools on KA management3. Category management• Responsible for development of category management plan to enhance selling effectiveness• Lead performance evaluation for each category and develop solutions accordingly• Work with KA team and lead on planning of category management projects • Coordinate between customers and sales team in execution of category management activities4. People Management and Development• Create a winning team by managing and retaining talent through strong recruiting, development, coaching, and mentoring and advancement planning programs• Objectively assess people’s performance and potential and provide constructive and effective feedback on strengths and opportunities through MAP and regular informal feedback.• Identify individual training needs and provide training and coaching to direct reports• Motivate team to ensure high team moral and low turnover rate• Provide right career development opportunities for high potential performers5. Compliance• Ensure that your team acts with the highest degree of integrity and equally complies 100% to the corporate policies on compliance• Ensure that each team member gets the appropriate training and coaching.6.   • • University Graduate preferably with a degree in business or economics.• 3-5 years of FMCG and marketing /sales experience and at least 3years in supervisory / management position.• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills• Computer skills• Effectively bi-lingual in Chinese and English.
