Job Description

Responsibilities:

  1. Create design documents for H(E)CU develop according to schedule, including drawings, part lists, specifications, D­FMEA, etc.

  2. Update design documents for H(E)CU develop according to schedule, including drawings, part lists, specifications, D­FMEA, etc.

  3. Review design documents for H(E)CU develop according to schedule, including drawings, part lists, specifications, D­FMEA, etc.

  4. Design and review HECU installation package, including bracket, pipe, damper, screw, etc.

  5. Design and review PYA shake test fixture

  6. Design HCU configuration

  7. Tolerance design, calculation and check for HECU installation

  8. Plan and order prototype for test

  9. Check test plan and result

  10. Act as interface to customer on mechanical

  11. Participate IPT meeting as mechanical engineer

  12. Prepare system release documents

  13. Support product industrilizaiton

  14. Review component drawing, specification and other related document to support localization

  15. Explain technical problem to supplier during production, remote or on site

  16. Explain technical problem to supplier during sourcing, remote or on site

  17. Review supplier test report and other technical document

  18. Technical interface between FFM and supplier

  19. Summarize localization status on technical side

  20. Review and analyze customer requirements on hydraulic and mechanic side

  21. HECU installation proposal, including HECU position, direction and pipe layout

  22. Calculate pump flow for ESC project

Job Requirements

Requirements:

  1. At least Bachelor Degree,major in automobile or mechanical

  2. Knowledge of MCAD, especially CATIA

  3. At least 2 years related experience
