Job Description:

  • Working closely with the division GM to develop eCommerce strategy

  • Select the SKUs and Lead to build digital rich content with Product Marketers

  • Segment the Customers, Analyze Their Information Collection Behaviors and Develop Content Marketing Campaign to Influence Their Purchasing Intention

  • Segment and Analyze the Customers’ Buying Behavior, Explore new platforms, then Launch Marketing Campaign to Increase the Traffic, Convert the Customers’ Intention into the Sales Leads

  • Increase the Customer Conversion Rate, Repeat Purchasing Rate and Loyalty through the Customer Buying Behaviors Analysis and Tailor-made Campaign Programs

  • Support the Brand Building through the communication message harmonization across all the digitalization media

  • Work with Graphic designer / external partners to create infographic, images, and videos to support China Ecommerce partners.

  • Cooperate with Marketing Manager on web content management – eComm. website and other online platforms.

  • Run China social media platforms, following social media plan and engagement activities.

  • Perform online retail partner store setup, content creation, loading and maintenance.

  • Maintain an organized and up-to-date library of digital content and assets, the content consistency across all SKUs.

  • Stay abreast of digital content trends and best practices for the China market.

  • Monitor and respond to product reviews as appropriate.
