Position Title HR Shared Service Assistant, Shanghai

Job Summary

Data entry new employee data into AECOM’s HRIS system.

Produce new employment contracts.

Create and maintain employee e-file.

Manage employee leave system.

Ensure paperwork is recorded in a timely and accurate manner.

Provide reports as required.

Ensure the timely delivery of your shared service provisions in line with set SLA’s including error free and timely production of your documentations.

Ability to handle high level of confidentiality and has common sense regarding employee information.

Minimum Requirements

Bachelor degree.

Proficiency in MS Office (Word and Excel).

Good time management skills.

Susceptive on data, carefulness, earnest and preciseness.

Self-motivated, detailed orientated and well organized.

Pleasant and positive working attitude to work in a team.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in HR operations is a plus.
