Job Title Engineer QMPP FF ES
Posting Location Shanghai (CAS Jiading Plant)
1.Establish Launch Gate Review Procedure and relevant processes Define;
2.Conduce gate reviews, follow up actions and report to management;
3.Establish Lessons learnt process from launch quality management in order to refer during future new projects also transfer to relevant processes for preventions;
4.Define and communicate project quality targets to team;
5.Data collection and monitoring targets and achievements;
6.Be part of Launch team and advice/support with quality views, establish/ehnance systems for quality data collection if necessary;
7.Review DFMEA and ensure complete transfer of concepts into PFMEA and to supplier;
8.Collect customer requirements and transfer into relevant processes;
9.Support project phase customer audits/visits and reporting;
10.Define safelaunch exit criteria and monitor status and reporting;
11.Assess quality risks of projects and timely corrective/preventive actions and escalation.
Qualifiction & Experience Requested:
College Degree or above, major in Mechnical engineering
3 years and more years of experience in Quality Control or Project quality management in automotive related industry and related quality experience.
Project quality experience. Understand the gates and major tasks and achievements for any automotive project. Understand mechnical production environment and related technologies;
Excellent english language skills;
Possess Internal system auditor and process audit certification.
