  • Build up quality control standard of China logistics key processes.
  • Set up and monitor inChina logistics an ongoing and dynamic approach to quality improvement, within the framework of domestic legal regulations and group policies of quality
  • Propose to theChina logistics management thequality plan and monitor the deployment.
  • Drive and monitor the continuous improvement of thequality KPI
  • Identifyquality training needs of personnel and propose suitable plans of action
  • Develop relations with outside organizations and authorities concerned withquality.
  • Implementinternal audit per schedule for ISO9001/14001/OHSAS 18001system
  • Quality tools implementation, such as (FMEA, PCP, G8D, RCA, LEAN, 6 Sigma etc.)
  • Lead continual improvement (CI) project review and give coach for CI projects

  • Engineering bachelor degree

  • 5 years working experiences in quality / technical function, including 3 years mgmt experiences.
  • Good quality system Knowledge.
  • Green Belt mandatory, prefer Block Belt
  • English CET>=4, or PETS-4,and fluent oral , Computer – windows environment.
