Job Description

  1. DDP documents advisory

Cooperate with 3rd party, sales, marcom, procurement to collect integrated DDP documents.

Make sure Standard Data Request Form is fill-in well and annex is qualified

Pre-review the Standard data request form and provide strategic suggestions and support the related parts to update the form.

Collaborate with PIA for document review.

  1. DDP Training program design and training deployment

Update the DDP Training materials accordance PIA requirement.

Provide DDP Related training to internal and external, meanwhile assessment the effectiveness of trainings.

  1. DDP process analysis reporting & improvement

Provide annually, quarterly and monthly report to management team to evaluate the cost and efficiency of DDP Application.

In this role, you have the opportunity to

The DDP supervisor/Assistant manager will play an important role in the Due Diligence Procedure (DDP) to make sure that Philips enters and maintains business relations with 3rd Parties who comply with section 5 of the GBP Directives and act according to international anti-corruption laws. DDP is a companywide process for engaging Distributors and Agents and reasonably categorize the Third Party into Neutral Risk, High Risk & Unacceptable Risk.

This position need to communicate with BGs, Marcom and procurement about how to get the correct and sufficient information in the timeframe to improve the business development. Meanwhile this position need to provide strategic opinion on how to improve the efficiency of DDP applications.

You are responsible for

DDP documents review
