Ericsson Production Planning Officer in Nanjing, China

Job Summary:

We are now looking for a Production Planning Officer to create and monitor a global, regional or local plan over specified time periods and specified planning points that represent a projected appropriation of supply chain resources to meet actual and forecasted supply chain demands. The plan, also including feedback and consequences, should enable the dimensioning of production and supply chain to fulfill targets of lead time, delivery precision, cost and capital targets. The supply plan on a regional level serves as input for the Regions when allocating customers´ demand. The role manages capacity (technical and material) buffer levels, inventory content, categorization and segregation of buffers within supply chain.

Responsibilities:
  • Ensure good utilization of production capacity and resources

  • Arrange production plan in most effective way to meet customer demands and achieve to KPI

  • Keep control of inventory

  • Maintain and update relevant SAP parameters

  • Make & release production plan

  • Coordinate production and warehouse activities to fulfill customer demand

  • Monitor production plan and follow up production status

  • Support NPI/TPI project, CI/CO implementation and product substitution

  • Monitor and consume old stock to avoid excess stock

  • Drive production capacity analysis

Key Qualifications:
  • University degree or equivalent

  • Minimum two years planning experience

  • Good knowledge of the English language, both verbally and in writing

  • Excellent SAP knowledge

  • Good communication skill
