Hella Corporate Center Key Account Manager - VW in Location Shanghai, China


  1. Processing the OEM & related Tier I’s daily routine, which includes new acquisition , Aeko change negotiation, annual price negotiation, various project meetings, daily order process, contract management, account receivable etc., and support for coordinating the communication between customer’s other project related departments and internal correspondent departments in order to secure customer’s satisfaction.
  2. Handle the internal project related workflows and other various key data system, documentation, various budget plan, report preparation etc.
  3. Get the RFQ from customer with all commercial & technical documents included in and lead the quotation preparation according to the procedure. Draft the quotation letter and quote to customer after alignment with superior. (Good operating skill on customer's online quotation system if necessary.)
  4. Process the commercial negotiation aiming for getting new order biz. To obtain the competitors' status with compliance range if necessary.
  5. Win/Lost analysis after each acquisition and contract management for each order biz.
  6. Coordinate and support the launching of new order projects' milestones before SOP
  7. Negotiate for any technical change request after SOP with guide from superior
  8. Well maintenance on customer relationship & daily routine of each projects. Be the 1st window of facing customer's complaint on any projects, to coordinate internal resource to give quick & proper feedback to customer
  9. Continuously follow-up the open billing & AR overdue issue
  10. Support market research and marketing communication activities by providing market and competition information.
  11. Get sales forecast from customer and support AM/KAM to fulfill the sales planning
  12. Support AM/KAM to maintain the projected related system tools internally
  13. Take part in the preparation of the Annual Budget and Strategic Plan and has in this regard to sales planning, QS planning, SEK planning etc.
  14. Process the annual price negotiation with OEM with the guide from superior.


  1. About 5 years’ experience in Auto industry; Be familiar with normal standard and process of Global industry; German Auto industrial working experience is preferred.
  2. Good command of both Chinese and English
  3. A degree of a university either in Business Administration combined with the understanding of technical matters or in Engineering combined with knowledge of Business Administration matters. Overseas study preferred.
  4. Excellent knowledge of MS-Office software.
  5. Good market knowledge, entrepreneurial and analytical working, ability to cooperate with an international team.
