Job Summary

Responsible for supporting TSS project efforts of the evolving TSS organisation, by contributing to ongoing service delivery alignment and continuous improvement. This role works closely with the TSS Operations Leader to ensure that various project initiatives are delivered effectively and efficiently across TSS.

Key stakeholders include the TSS Leadership Team, TSS centre team members and some HR Services sub function contacts. This role reports to the TSS Operations Leader.

Essential Functions of the Job

•Supports and participates in multiple TSS change projects/initiatives, providing special project support to the TSS Operations Leader

•Production of project plans, leads project meetings, resolves concerns and highlights obstacles to appropriate stakeholders. Identifies risks and escalates as appropriate

•Project status updates and reporting

•Supports the development and execution of change management plans

•Acts as a pooled resource to support varied initiatives across the TSS Operations Team

•Provides general operational support to the TSS Leadership Team, and onshore and offshore TSS teams to meet operational and service delivery priorities

•Provision of support to TSS centres for major system project roll outs as required

•Maintains core TSS documentation such as organisation charts and TSS customer sharing decks

•Proactively shares knowledge across the TSS Operations Support Team to identify interdependencies

•Builds and maintains strong relationships across TSS, GDS and HR Services


Knowledge and Skill Requirements

•Strong written and verbal communication and facilitation skills

•Strong proficiency in PowerPoint, Word and Excel (intermediate / advanced level)

•Ability to work independently and flexibly to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks

•Attention to detail and strong organisational skills

•Ability to accept and navigate situations with ambiguity and complexity to progress recommendations and decisions

•Strong client focus with the ability to manage expectations.

•Collaborates and works effectively with others, builds and maintains relationships with team members and stakeholders

•Experience in working virtually in a global organisation

Other Requirements

•4 years work experience preferred, including professional office experience and/or HR projects experience

•Flexibility in approach to working on a global scale and at times across time zones

•Culturally sensitive, capable of handling interactions with a “global mindset”.

•Preference for candidate to come from a GDS centre within EMEIA time zones
