Qualifications:

Key responsibilities

  • Gather and analyse business requirements from users

  • Understand, utilise and communicate leading practice methodologies, business requirements, market trends and industry standards internally and externally

  • Advise business process improvement and changes

  • Execute process(prefer with experience in supply chain management and/or financial management functions )and technology transformation project implementation and delivery

  • Design, develop, implement and support packaged applications such as ERP

  • Gathering business requirements, system design, development, implementation, modification and system testing

  • Conduct user training, System Integration Test

  • Provide support to User Acceptance Test and Go-live support to users

  • Provides training, support to end-users, troubleshooting and maintenance of existing ERP applications

  • Support pre-sales activities (e.g. proposal development)

Qualifications, Education and Certification

To qualify, candidates must have:

  • Bachelor Degree in Information Technology / Engineering or related fields

  • 5-8 years of implementation experience in packaged application such as SAP, Hyperion, Cognos

  • Solid functional experience in package solution setup, configuration, analysis, design, data mapping, implementation, testing, training and documentation

  • Ability to interact with key-users and deep understanding of ERP applications, COA design, master data, management reporting

  • Excellent communication (in both written and oral) and interpersonal skills

  • Independent with strong analytical skills and ability to work under pressure

  • Previous experience in business process re-engineering and/or business case development would be an advantage

  • PMP certified and experience in consulting would be an advantage
