Description

Design and champion strategic programs on customer service with commercial and marketing team together 20%

Develop the process and lead the activities of competitive and innovational solutions to key account customers both from company and customers’ perspective 20%

Be responsible for setting up the working system on handling customer complaint issue national-widely and leading the corrective actions on further improvement cross-functionally. 25%

Coordinate cross function customer service activities and projects like deep understanding customers and work on building up the culture of Customer Focus in the business nationally. 15%

Lead the customer oriented task force to design and own the customer visiting and plant tour program,develop cross function process to have the effective customer visiting, auditing program at place, and provide the customer best experience on that. 10%

Be the owner of annual customer service events and questionnaire, budgeting for all the activities related and the team spending. 10%

Qualifications

Bachelor degree or above, major in trading and supply chain management

Minimum 8 years experience in customer service, focus management related roles

3 years team supervisory experienceFluent English speaker
