Description

  • Transcribe recorded customer calls in English;

  • Follow the Citi US quality standards in monitoring customers’ calls;

  • Maintain satisfactory control and compliance environment with full adherence to all laws and regulations and Citigroup policies and procedures.

  • Coordinate with US colleagues to ensure timeliness and completion of transcripts.

Qualifications

  • Preferably university graduate. Banking/credit card knowledge is an advantage;

  • Proficient in English, Mandarin and Cantonese;

  • Good computer knowledge (MS Office, Windows, Outlook);

  • Good interpersonal and communication skills;

  • Independent, hardworking, self-motivated and good team player;

  • Work during US operation hours.
