Transcribe recorded customer calls in English;
Follow the Citi US quality standards in monitoring customers’ calls;
Maintain satisfactory control and compliance environment with full adherence to all laws and regulations and Citigroup policies and procedures.
Coordinate with US colleagues to ensure timeliness and completion of transcripts.
Preferably university graduate. Banking/credit card knowledge is an advantage;
Proficient in English, Mandarin and Cantonese;
Good computer knowledge (MS Office, Windows, Outlook);
Good interpersonal and communication skills;
Independent, hardworking, self-motivated and good team player;
Work during US operation hours.
