Purpose

To assist Office Manager with the overall operation of Solvay Guangzhou Office.

V acancy description

  • Reception

  • Reception visitors with the formal procedures.

  • Handling parcels, letters, and newspapers.

  • Office & Stationery management

  • In charge of management assess card, meeting room, water ordering and etc.

  • Monitor office machine & keep working properly.

  • Office stationery management.

  • Cleaner management & office maintenance monitoring.

  • SAP & Expense management

  • Raise admin payment requests in SAP & keep payment process smoothly.

  • Others

  • Support to handle new employees’ on-boarding and employee exit issues.

  • Support task assigned by office manager.

  • University /college degree .

  • Knowledge of Adm in practices .

  • A good skill of language ( i.e. English, Cantonese, Mandarin) .

  • A good skill of computer application: Word, Excel, PPT and etc.

  • Capability of communication with others .

  • Able to work independently .
