Rogers Corporation Customer Service Associate in CN, China
Role of this position is to understand customer request including: forecast, order, complain etc and working with internal team to satisfy these needs.
1, Responsible for customer-related services, from pricing, customer PO, PO follow up, invoicing through services, payment collection for intra-divisional, domestic, and international customers. 35%
2, Be internal & external coordinator, responsible for communications and transactions with internal (sales, marketing, operations, credit, over-seas facilities, subcontractors and sale offices) to respond to customer’s various inquiries and meet high customer satisfaction. 35%
3, Responsible for customer complaint process and ensure timely responses to customers and provide monthly summary report. 10%
4, Provide accurate and timely commercial data & reports as directed by supervisor 10%
5, Assist in CS team activities and Participate on other teams as necessary. 5%
6, Other works assigned by the direct supervisor. 5%
Diploma above education in business or equivalent (BS)
3 years of business experience in customer service area or dealing with customer.
Excellent communication & computer skills (MS Office Suite especially Excel/ Power Point).
Both oral & written English skills, CET 4 or above
International business handling experience
