Mondelez International Sales Assistant in CHONGQING, China

Responsibilities:

• Arrange West Sales Manager and cross-functional team working schedule on an efficient and reasonable status. Ensure & support all the national activities’ arrangement and coordination

• Fully take charge of sales’ translation to guarantee smooth communication within Mondelēz

• Regular team meeting arrangement, coordination and admin support. Take charge of meeting minutes and keeping follow up steps after meeting

• Coordinate new staff on board

• Visitors arrangement & coordination such as invitation letter application

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree or above, 2 year experience in team assistant

• Outstanding communication and coordinate ability, detail and logical mind. Smart, strong learning agility

• Master of English ability both of oral and written

• Expert at MS-Office operation
