To Continuously create meaningful touch points and personalized experiences for guests to ensure that all customers requests are met in an efficient and professional manner. To take responsibility and communicate with the relevant departments to ensure that guests are satisfied. To demonstrate initiative in solving guests problems and offering alternatives.
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written in Chinese and English.
- Relevant hotel working experience will be preferred.
- A good, positive work attitude.
