Job Description

  1. Lead Shanghai COpC operation through strong process execution and innovation
  2. Collaborates with COpC operation management team to make operation decisions and take accountability
  3. Collaborates with Local and WW COpC team , to participate project and operational project, to make operation excellence
  4. Influence COpC operation and ensure compliance and operation quality
  5. Enhance operation capability and productivity. Lead team to contribute to innovation & customer relationship
  6. Monitor the daily operations to meet business standard conduct and company policies
  7. Take ownership for own development and proactive to manage.

Job Requirement

Must

  • Bachelor’s degree or above.

  • Requires a minimum of five years of related experience

  • Solid project management skills

  • Alignment creation skill and critical , diversity business environment management skill

  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills

  • Strong influence capability and management skill

  • Strong self-motivation capability

Preference:

  • Operation or equivalent experiences

  • Strong customer experience

  • Lean or 6 sigma project experience
