Your Responsibilities:

  • Provide product and customer support oversight by working with the channel / dealer partner organization to achieve marketing unit's product support and customer support goals.

  • Implements the Retention phase of the Signature process to enable channel partner product and customer support capability.

  • Executes tactical and strategic plans to enhance product and customer support to grow parts and service sales.

  • Oversees the dealer warranty administration process according to administration guidelines.

  • Provides guidance to field staff to manage channel partner and customer support relationships.

  • Works jointly with dealer, C&F Technical Support team to support resolving technical concerns.

What Skill You Need:

  • Knowledge of heavy machinery dealer business practices.

  • Understanding of Customer Support Processes.

  • Skill in general management.

  • Skill in interpersonal communications, negotiation, and conflict resolution.

  • Knowledge of business policies and procedures.

  • Two to Four years of customer support experience (helpful) with customer interaction regarding products, parts and services.

  • Two to Four years of field sales and/or product support experience.

  • Experience in project management and business planning.

What Make You Stand Out:

  • Proficient with MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

  • Familiarity/working knowledge of Enterprise Resource Software (SAP).

  • Training and experience applying statistical methods;

  • Excellent problem solving ability and root cause analysis for product problems.


  • Bachelor's degree in an Engineering/Technology, Business Management discipline highly preferred or equivalent experience.

  • Degree in an Education discipline or equivalent experience.

  • Degree in a Marketing discipline or equivalent experience.
