工作职责描述 Responsibilities and Job Description:

Quality assurance tasks:

­ Support our team to manage controlled documents in our roXtra System.

­ Support internal product and process audits, help prepare customer and supplier audits.

­ Follow up the resulting measures and actions plans from audits with the departments in charge; check the progress on site and document the status.

­ Keep the blocking list updated and report status at blocking area.

­ Daily check in the workshop, report any issues found and follow­up status.

­ Record, update and analyze quality relevant data. Prepare monthly NQC (Non Quality Cost) key figures.

­ Support the team for complaint handling.

Plant management assistant tasks:

­ Arrange appointments, welcome visitors.

­ Organize meetings and conferences. Release and update meeting minutes, actions plans & other resulting documents.

­ Represent us to internal & external partners; join communication meetings with our Headquarter.

­ Translate documents English / Chinese.

­ Take care of office supply inventory. Order new supplies and stationary in time.

­ Help organizing business travels for colleagues.

­ Check and verify reimbursement applications and office related payments.

­ Organize activities such as team buildings, business dinners, family day, team traveling.

Job Requirements

任职要求 Qualification Requirement:

­ Bachelor or Master university degree

­ First experience in quality department or assistant work preferred

­ Mother­tongue Chinese plus very good, fluent English (spoken and written)

­ Open­minded person with good communication and interpersonal skills

­ Ability and willingness to work in an international team
