General Electric Software Engineer in Beijing, China

The Software Engineer has responsibilities extending to the development of systems software. The position may develop distributed JAVA or .NET applications for ECG network system.
Duties include (but are not limited to):
System design and deliver required documentations.
Develop software Healthcare ECG applications
Have strong commitment on the quality control processes.
Work with V&V engineer, review the test cases and fix the defects
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration or related field
Familiar with .NET and C++ will be better
Experience with different relational databases (Oracle, MySQL, MS SQL)
Experience in SOA, building and consuming APIs, building RESTful and SOAP based web services
Familiar with current web development technologies
Highly team oriented: able to thrive in an agile development environment with few barriers to creativity.
Demonstrated ability to make recommendations to technical and program leadership to improve the product, process or technology.
Good at oral English and reading/writing skills.
Masters Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related computer field
Experience in software platform, advanced applications, user-interface design and/or systems engineering
Experience in platform and application development
Team leadership experience
Experience in GE MUSE ,MASE and other ECG system
