POSITION SUMMARY

Field Enablement is responsible for identifying and deploying relevant product, services and solution material and training to targeted audience within the International Region. It will be important for this person to work with several different stakeholders within Teradata to ensure knowledge is identified, captured and shared amongst targeted audience. This position reports to the Field Enablement Manager, International Region.

KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY

  • Collaborating with various people within the International Region and Corporate Organisation including Corporate Strategic Offer Managers, International Product Management. International Subject Matter Experts and International Sales Operations to deploy appropriate programs to targeted audience

  • Define in conjunction with Area and Regional Management training & knowledge requirements and how these should be addressed

  • Organise and manage classroom training for selected topics identified by International Management

  • Create report(s) from HR data to assign training and webinars to targeted audience

  • Organise, invite and host Webinars

  • Send out internal communication via an internal communication tool to targeted audience

  • Monitor and report progress of training status and completions

  • Ad Hoc support and activity as directed by International Field Enablement Manager

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelors or MBA in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Sciences or Data Science

  • High level understanding of systems Integration, databases and application architecture

  • Experience in internal communication or training assignment is an advantage

SKILLS & PERSONAL CHARACTERISTICS

  • Strong knowledge of MS Office including intermediate knowledge of Excel including Pivot tables

  • Strong organizational and project management skills and attention to detail

  • Strong relationship building skills and fun to work with

  • Proven strong oral and written communication skills in English

  • Ability to efficiently and effectively work across function, region, cultural and time zones

  • Enthusiastic, high-energy individual, self-starter, self-managed and self-motivated

INTERRELATIONSHIPS

This person to work closely with several different stakeholders within Teradata including:

  • Sales Operations, Global Strategic Offer Management, Sales, Marketing, Research & Development (R&D), Think Big Analytics and Enterprise Data Consulting.
