Key Account Manager of Korea HKMC&KIA Tires


Job Responsibility as sales:

  • Responsible for sale Sensor products on automotive market in China.

  • Achieve annual individual goal of net revenue and NBO (new business opportunity) win.

  • For all existing and target customers, execute comprehensive sales plans to include product mix, pricing, forecasts, and all program details.

  • Aggressively close NBO and gain share from competition in the responsible accounts.

  • Well understand Sensor business strategy and corporate objectives of the responsible account.

  • Collect customers’ design requirements and project information to explore and identify business opportunities.

  • Well understand project background, customer DMU (decision making unit) structure and competition situation to build up NBO win strategy. (Includes pricing, initiate technical barrier at design in stage by early engagements, etc)

  • Develop good relationship with customers to close NBO, reduce customer complain and maintain or enlarge existing business.

  • Practice solution-based selling. Develop and communicate the appropriate “value proposition” for each major customer.

  • Closely work with design and marketing members to get efficient support internally. Requirements:

  • 5+ Years sales experience in automotive industry.

  • 3+Years working experience in Korean automotive company.

  • Experience of direct biz relationship with HKMC is preferred.

  • Excellent written and oral language skill of Korean.

  • Good e-mail communication skill of English.

  • Be able to travel frequently inside China, and occasionally to Korea.

  • With bachelor degree.

  • Capable to assume responsibilities and to work by objectives.

  • Good team work and problem solver ability, excellent personal selling skill and relationship building skill.

  • Good PC skills with an emphasis on excel, should be familiar with presentation software.

  • Location: Beijing
