Thomson Reuters Demand Generation Specialist in Beijing, China
China Marketing team is seeking a Digital Demand Generation Specialist to lead our digital web inbound lead generation and Digital marketing efforts.
Key responsibilities include developing, execution and deploying demand gen workflows, developing analytics and dashboards to show lead engagement and other results, managing the China digital marketing programs, maintaining our lead scoring operations and assisting with other ad hoc marketing operations projects as required.
We are looking for a self-starting, fast-thinking, and detail-oriented team member who can fill our sales pipeline with qualified leads, and strengthen the digital marketing optimization.
Responsibility: * Manage tr.cn website and digital marketing efforts with targeted strategies designed to attract, nurture, convert, and close qualified leads—delivering marketing effectiveness and ROI. * Serve primary contributor to the digital marketing campaign and social media channels. Manage the editorial calendar and coordinate contributors. Optimize all content for SEO. * Conceptualize and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns that deliver against business goals, including the efficient use of both paid and owned media channels across all stages of the sales cycle. * Evaluate and optimize effectiveness of marketing campaigns. * Monitor and report on marketing campaign KPIs and revenue contributions. * Collaborate with key partners and stakeholders in front line, marketing specialist, management to solve problems, create efficiency, and achieve business goals.

Qualifications: * Bachelor’s degree, Marketing / BBA preferred. * 3 - 4 years’ experience in similar role/industry. Direct and Database marketing industry experience and knowledge preferred. * Experience managing Social media channels and digital marketing * Superior written, organization, communication, and analytical skills. * Knowledge of a wide range of B2B marketing techniques and concepts * Ability to heavily multi-task and manage several initiatives simultaneously. * Embraces and encourages a culture based on teamwork, collaboration, and intellectual curiosity.
