Manage the calendar for Directors
Coordinate travel arrangement, schedule appointments etc. provide a clear itinerary for each travel
Arrange internal & external meetings (agenda, logistics, materials, etc.),
Greet and screen visitors and telephone calls, may welcome & support visitors from region or headquarter(agenda, logistics, accommodation etc.)
Collaborate to work on company and function events & activities
Prepare the business related reimbursement for Directors
Keep files, documents and correspondence, and sensitive materials in confidence when required;
Overall management of the day-to-day office general administration;
Ensure proper reception of external visitors and maintain utility for office security
Manage and evaluate administration supplies and make sure all office facilities run smoothly;
Responsible for coordinate with Property Management Office;
Monitor and manage office expenses;
Organize company internal activities (annual party, sales meeting, birthday party, outing, etc.);
Other Ad hoc Administrative support.
Bachelor Degree with major in administration management, secretarial or relevant
At least 2 years of related working experience in multinational companies
Have good communication skills in English and Mandarin
Proficiency with office windows (Excel, Word, Power point)
Be familiar with Admin Process and Management Process & Systems;
Have Professional Skill of Meeting / Activity Arrangement, Communication & Cooperation, Scheduling, Coping, Organization, English Skills and Computer Skills;
Be able to work independently and proactively
