Caterpillar Payroll Analyst in 11, China
Responsible for one or more complex, specialized areas of payroll. Fully understands Caterpillar HR and pay practices. Act as the Subject Matter Expert on business changes that impact that area of payroll. Consult with HR organizations on questions and requested changes. Proposes and implements business process changes when required due to company policies, labor agreements, and legislative/tax requirements.
Responsible for declaring of social benefits, housing found and other benefits with related vendors.
Responsible for STIP validation and payout coordination in local area.
Responsible for the commercial insurance administration for employee and eligible family member, such as providing the information to insurance company, submitting claim form, checking and following up the claim status.
Responsible for Enterprise Annuity administration in local area with business and C B focal contact.
Responsible for local , local hired foreigner, localization and relocation payment coordination.
Responsible for the coordination with International Services team on ISE activities.
Responsible for local vendor management.
Closely work with business and team on other regular and ad-hoc tasks and projects.
The position requires knowledge of various personnel and/or C B policies and programs. The ability to maintain confidentiality is essential. The position typically requires a college or university degree or certification that is equivalent. In addition, job related experience is preferred. Good human relations skills are required to develop a cooperative work relationship with others inside and outside the department.
