  • Source and execute new business development opportunities up to first revenue

  • Understand customer needs and priorities; and lead continuous customer dialogue from early idea until market breakthrough; Quantify value and impact of ideas by testing them on the market

  • Drive complementary partnerships in focus areas and manage commercial aspects of pilot projects

  • Participate in setting the direction of future Robotics Digital Offering

  • Coordinate customer and marketing activities with local PG Management and largest countries

  • Coach and train Key Accounts, prototype Sales Support material and lead handover to sales organization

  • Initially, as the team grows, you will need to be able to contribute in other tasks/roles hands-on within areas such as business model development and/or strategy work, depending on your qualifications and background.

  • 5+ years’ experience in Sales, Product Management, Business Development or related field

  • 5+ years’ experience in B2B context working with Industrial Solutions

  • Experience in complex sales targeting different levels, roles and domains with customers

  • Proven experience in successfully establishing new offers to existing and/or new markets

  • Strong skill in uncovering hidden pains and gains, preferably with a methodology (SPIN or similar)

  • Open to extensive international traveling

  • Ability to work in start-up like, fluid environment (work in unstructured environment and coordinate with different departments)

  • Persuasion and excellent sales knowledge - Capability to Inspire customers, partners and colleagues
